On November 28, the contract-signing ceremony of Sino-UK (Dalian) Innovative Park, Dalian Huayuankou Economic Zone was successfully held. Twenty-one projects were signed on site. Present were Yi Qingtao, the secretary general of Dalian government, Jeff Astle, the general manager of the China Region of the China-Britain Business Council (CBBC), Zhang Yifan, the president of China Development Bank Dalian Branch, Li Damin, the director of the Huayuankou Economic Zone Administrative Committee, and Mark Wareing, the industry senior minister of British government, and development advisor of Sino-UK (Dalian) Innovative Park
